My Approach

My approach to therapy is person-centered and trauma-informed, collaborative, and compassionate.  I strive to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.  I believe healing happens through connection, honesty, and developing insight into how past experiences shape present patterns.  Together, we work to build healthier coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.

I am deeply committed to ethical practice, continued professional growth, and walking alongside clients as they reconnect with hope, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.

Central to my work is reframing the question from “What is wrong with me?” to “What happened to me?” and “What was missing?” This shift allows clients to view their experiences through a lens of compassion rather than shame. As insight grows, clients are better able to cultivate a life that feels healthy, balanced, and aligned with who they are at their core.
