Pennie Johnson, LPC, CSAT

About
Hello, my name is Pennie.
I believe lasting change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest -without shame or judgement. In my practice, I offer a safe, non-judgemental, and non-shaming space for you to come and be real…to explore what is hurting you…and together we will find the path toward your healing. Why do the work? Because unhealed wounds don’t stay silent. They echo through our relationships, our choices, our addiction, and our self-worth.

My Approach
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and compassionate. I strive to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe healing happens through connection, honesty, and developing insight into how past experiences shape present patterns. Together, we work to build healthier coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Pennie Johnson LPC, CSAT
I value curiosity and perseverance, and I believe self-awareness is the foundation of a meaningful and fulfilling life. Guided by empathy and resilience, I am passionate about supporting others as they navigate adversity, reconnect with their inner strength, and continue pursuing their dreams—even through life’s most difficult seasons.
Getting Help
Rather than directing the process, I provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. Through empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuine presence, the therapeutic relationship becomes a powerful catalyst for deeper self-awareness and lasting personal change.
